03. 20.09.2011. The learned counsel for the petitioner shall

correct the provision of law in the first page of

cause title of writ application.

Issue notice to the respondent No.1 to 8 in

admission matter. The petitioner shall take steps

for notice in admission matter on the said

respondents in ordinary process for which

requisites must be filed within 30 th of September,

2011.

In the meantime, the further proceeding in

title suit No.41 of 2006 pending in the Court of

Munsif, Naugachhia shall remain stayed.
