Registered cover with A/D as well as ordinary process for which

requisites etc. must be filed within two weeks, failing which this

application shall stand rejected without further reference to the

In the meantime, further proceeding against the

petitioners in connection with Sadar (Bhalpatti) P.S. Case No. 197

of 2007 pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Darbhanga shall remain

stayed.
