2. 25.8.2011 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners, the State

and the informant.

The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case

instituted for the offence u/ss.341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 307

and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that there is direct allegation against the

petitioners of having assaulted the informant, whose hand

was found fractured, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail

to the petitioners.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
