Considering the fact mentioned in this application, the prayer made

therein is allowed and the order of this Court dated 16.8.2010 in Cr. Misc. No.

22784 of 2010 is modified to the extent that both the bail bonds to be

furnished for release of the petitioner on bail would be of close family

relatives.

Accordingly, the order of this Court dated 16.8.2010 in Cr. Misc. No.

22784 of 2010 stands modified to the aforementioned extent.
