3 09/11/2011 This application has been filed for restoration

of CWJC No. 11469 of 2010 to its original file. The writ

application was dismissed for non-compliance of the

order dated 26.07.2010.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he

has subsequently filed requisites for issuance of notice

which are to be issued to respondents 6 to 11.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this

application is allowed and CWJC No. 11469 of 2010 is

restored to its original file.

The Office is directed to accept requisites and

issue notice to respondents 6 to 11 in CWJC No. 11469

of 2010.
