counsel for the State.

Petitioner if really demanded money and shot firing,

same did not hit the informant, nor any money was paid and

petitioner remained in custody since 26.07.2009.

Hence, prayer of the petitioner for bail is allowed.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two

sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M.,

Sherghati in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 156 of 2008

at District-Gaya.
