2 27-09-2011 Mr. Arun Kumar Singh No.4, learned counsel for

the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw both the writ

applications with liberty to move before the District Teacher

Employment Appellate Authority, if so required, as it is

submitted that in the case of similarly situated persons the

Appellate Authority has passed orders in their favour.

The writ applications are accordingly dismissed as

withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
