registered post A/D as well as under ordinary mode for

which necessary requisites must be filed within one week

failing which this application shall stand dismissed as

against him without further reference to the Bench.

Let this matter come up after service of notice.

In the meantime learned counsel for the State

must also seek instruction and file counter affidavit in

regard to the averments made in paragraph 11 onwards to

the writ application.
