Considering the nature of fire-arm injuries alleged in a

Police case under Section 307 of the Penal Code and the period of

custody since 6.6.2007, let the petitioner, Md. Mustaque @ Md.

Mustak be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-

(Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

satisfaction of C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in Chapra Town P.S. Case No.

96 of 2002.
