09. 25.11.2010 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that

on account of inadvertence on the part of his lawyer

petitioner could not deposit the amount for transmission

of the orders of this Court dated 9.6.2009 passed in Cr.

Misc. No.7739 of 2009 through fax and petitioner could

not be granted the benefit of the said order.

Let petitioner highlight the aforesaid fact

before the court below and if the court below is satisfied

about the bonafides of the petitioner, appropriate order be

passed in terms of order dated 9.6.2009.

Application stands disposed of.
