pendency of the appeal, appellants namely, Md.

Naushad, Khalid @ Khaliq, Md. Tabrej, Md. Daud,

Md. Jumman, Md. Ashique, Md. Hefajuddin, A.

Raquibe, and Bibi Saida are admitted to bail on

furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand)

each with two sureties of the like amount each to the

satisfaction of 1st Addl. Sessions Judge, Araria in

connection with Sessions Trial No. 47 of 2005.
