2/ 1.7.2011 Police station case number which appears in paragraph 1

of order dated 16.6.2011 is pointed out to be wrong. It is submitted

that the correct case is Basopatti P.S. Case no. 168 of 2008 but, due

to inadvertence, the order contains Barsoi P.S. Case no. 168 of 2008.

The order is accordingly corrected and the same is

directed to be transmitted to C.J.M. Madhubani, who shall ensure

the compliance of order dated 16.6.2011 in connection with the

Basopatti P.S. Case no. 168 of 2008.
