Counsel for the petitioner states that the wife is

serving as Angan Bari Sevika and is drawing handsome

honorarium. Let him file appropriate affidavit bringing on record

the documents that may support the aforesaid contention.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of O.P.No.2

submits that the petitioner is teaching in a Madrasa and his

current salary is close to Rs. 4000/-. He also prays for time to

file affidavit bringing on record the documents supporting the

aforesaid stand. Let him file appropriate affidavit in this regard.
