5. 21.09.2011 Show cause is filed on behalf of the State of Bihar and the

Bihar State Forest Development Corporation. It states that steps have

been taken to consider the cases for promotion. Necessary information

has been sought from the State of Jharkhand also.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to implead the

State of Jharkhand as opposite party also.

Let him do so during course of the day and serve a copy of the

application on the Standing Counsel for the State of Jharkhand within

a period of one week failing which this application as against the

concerned opposite party shall stand rejected without further reference

to a Bench.
