Learned Sessions Judge has recorded that petitioners are

also alleged to have assaulted. There is no specific allegation of

assault against the two petitioners, Md. Shakil Rain and Md. Firoz

Rain, same is made against Jaffar, Md. Akhtar and Sirazul Ansari,

considering which let petitioners namely Md. Shakil Rain and Md.

Firoz Rain be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-

(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the

satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in

connection with Madhavapur P.S. case no.58 of 2007.
