3. 30.6.2011 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to

bona fide mistake, name of opposite party no.3 could not be added

pursuant to the order dated 10th of March, 2011. However, requisite

for service of notice was filed.

As prayed for, the petitioners are permitted to add the

name of opposite party no.3, in course of the day.
