The matter relates to matrimonial dispute on account

of which Complaint Case No. 2440 of 2008 has been filed.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners

submits that the dispute of the parties, has already been ended

with happy note of compromise and petitioners want to

withdraw this petition.

Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed as

withdrawn.

Let this order be communicated to the court of Chief

judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Complaint Case

No. 2440 of 2008.
