2. 4.7.2011 It has been submitted that the co-accused had filed

the quashing application vide Cr.Misc.No.157 of 2007 and

Cr.Misc.No.56177 of 2006 in which some interim order has

been passed. The prayer is to put up this case along with the

said applications for a joint hearing.

Put up this case along with Cr.Misc.No.157 of 2007

and Cr.Misc.No.56177 of 2006 after appearance of the opposite

party no.2.
