10. 26.07.2011 This case relates to seeking compassionate
appointment of the petitioners-appellants herein on
the death of Late husband of appellant no.1 in
harness on 22.07.2009. The writ petition was filed by
her for the same relief which was rejected by the
learned Single Judge. Being aggrieved by the same the
present L.P.A. has been filed.
During course of argument a solution has
been made by this Court that in view of the direction
issued by the learned Single Judge to consider
application of the appellants for grant of ex-gratia
amount the learned standing counsel appearing for

the Bank has handedover a Demand Draft issued by
S.B.I., Goraul Branch bearing no. 196194 dated
25.07.2011 drawn in favour of Smt. Meena Devi
(appellant no.1), W/o Late Shatrughan Jha to the tune
of Rs. 6,00000/- (Six Lakhs) for the death of her Late
husband Shatrughan Jha and the learned counsel
appearing for the appellants has also accepted the ex-
gratia amount of Rs. 6,00000/- today in open Court.
Recording the same this L.P.A. stands
disposed of.
