Heard Counsel for the petitioner and Mr Ravi Kumar Misra, Counsel for
the University.
The grievance of the petitioner is that although he has passed the BA
with Education & Sociology from R.R.Mahava Vidyalaya, Amethi,
affiliated to Dr Ram Manohar Lohiya Awadh University, Faizabad in the
year 1997 but inspite of having completed all the formalities, the degree
is not being given to the petitioner.According to him, non issuance of
degree is causing serious prejudice and in support of his assertion he
has referred to an order dated 2.7.2010 passed by this Court in Writ
Petition No. 3378 of 2010.
Considering the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case,the
opposite parties nos. 2,3 and 4 are directed to issue the degree to the
petitioner within a month provided the petitioner has completed all
necessary formalities in this respect.
With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of finally.
