Learned senior counsel for the petitioners is right in

pointing out that the petitioners having taken recourse to their

remedies before the civil court (O.P.No.2 of 2010 of the Sub

Court, Kasaragod) against the order impugned in this writ

petition, this writ petition can be closed. Hence the writ petition

is closed leaving open all contentions to be raised before the civil

court.
