Title : Message received from Rajya Sabha that Rajya Sabha at its sitting held on 20th July, 2009, passed the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Bill, 2009.
SECRETARY-GENERAL: Sir, I have to report the following message received from the Secretary-General of Rajya Sabha:
“In accordance with the provisions of rule 111 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Rajya Sabha, I am directed to enclose a copy of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Bill, 2009 which has been passed by the Rajya Sabha at its sitting held on the 20th July, 2009.”
2. Sir, I also lay on the Table the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Bill, 2009, as passed by Rajya Sabha on the 20th July, 2009.
