application seeks restoration of the main petition being Special
Civil Application No.2435 of 1999. Heard the learned advocate for
the applicants. There is no appearance on behalf of the
opponents. Hence, in absence of contest the application is allowed
and the main petition being Special Civil Application No.2435 of 1999
stands restored to file subject to the applicants depositing a sum of
Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two thousand five hundred only) with the Gujarat
High Court Legal Services Committee on or before 13.08.2008 and upon
producing receipt thereof on record of the main petition.

The
application stands disposed of accordingly.
