ORDER
1. Rule.
Mr. K. L. Pandya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives
service of Rule on behalf of the respondent State authority.
2. Present
application is filed by the prisoner, through jail, for grant of
parole leave for thirty days on the ground of finding proper match
and engagement of his younger brother.
3. Heard
learned APP appearing for the respondent State authority and perused
the documents produced on record before the Court.
4. From
the jail report, produced on record, it appears that recently the
applicant-convict has enjoyed furlough leave in the month of April,
2011. Further, this application on the ground mentioned in the
application cannot be entertained.
5. In
view of above, there is no substance in this application and the same
deserves to be dismissed. This application is, therefore, dismissed.
Rule is discharged.
