Kurian Joseph, J.
Petitioner and the alleged detenue Sri.Ajayakumar, husband
of the petitioner, are present. The father and brother of
Sri.Ajayakumar are also present. It is submitted before us that
Sri.Ajayakumar is not in the illegal custody of anybody.
Sri.Ajayakumar submits that he has married Smt.Mini, the
petitioner, and they are living together.
2. Sri.Narayanan, father of Sri.Ajayakumar submitted that
himself and the other members of the family will not interfere
with the family life of his son Sri.Ajayakumar and the petitioner.
It is also brought to our notice that Sri.Ajayakumar went to
Malasia on his own and not under the compulsion or persuasion
of anybody else. Be that as it may, since there is no illegal
detention of Sri.Ajayakumar and since Sri.Ajayakumar is going

with his wife, the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in
this writ petition. It is hence closed.
