Anticipatory bail application filed by petitioners, Minketan
Pradhan and Satyabhama Pradhan is moved by Sri Suraj Kumar learned
counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri Shekhar Sinha learned
Additional P.P.
It appears that there is general and omnibus allegation
against all the accused persons. It then appears that co-accused Niranjan
Pradhan and Baijanti Mala, against whom there are similar allegations,
have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated
17.09.2010 in A.B.A. No. 2782 of 2010.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstance, I allow this
application and direct the petitioners, above named, to surrender in the
court below by 20th of January 2011. If petitioners surrender by that time,
the learned Court below is directed to enlarge them on bail on furnishing
bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like
amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K. Pandey, Judicial Magistrate, 1st
Class, Jamshedpur in connection with Complaint Case No. 584 of 2010
subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
