                                     J U D G M E N T

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the interim order

dated 21.07.2008, the reliefs prayed for in the Writ Petition have been satisfied

and therefore, the Writ Petition is not pressed.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed leaving open all

the contentions of the parties.
