1. The appellant was heard on 3/5/2010.

2. In the course of hearing, the details of information asked for and the
responses of the CPIO and the Appellate Authority were discussed. The
appellant stated that the CPIO has not provided complete information, as has
already been ordered by the Appellate Authority of the respondent. He,
therefore, pleaded for providing complete information.

Decision:

3. The appellant is advised to clearly specify as to which information has not
been provided to him as yet. He should submit his request for specific
information at the earliest to the concerned CPIO, who should provide the
information within 15 working days from the date of receipt of fresh application
from the appellant.

4. As there is no denial of information u/s 8(1) of the Act, the appellant would
also be free to inspect the entire records containing the desired information so as
to satisfy herself with the availability of required information.

5. Both the parties should mutually decide a convenient date and time for
inspection of the records within 15 working days from the date of issue of this
decision.
