By
way of this petition the petitioner has prayed to quash and set
aside the appointment order passed in favour of respondent no.5 and
direct the respondent authorities to treat the said appointment
order as null and void and further to restrain the respondent no.5
in continuing on the post of Assistant Teacher in the respondent
institution.

By
efflux of time, this petition has become infructuous. The petition
is disposed of accordingly. Rule is discharged with no order as to
costs. Interim relief if any, granted earlier, stands vacated.
