ORAL
COMMON ORDER

Mr.

Clerk, learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission to delete
applicant no. 5 from the proceedings. Permission is granted.
Applicant no. 5 stands deleted from the said proceedings.

1. When
the matters were called out, Ms. Brahmhatt, learned counsel for
respondents nos. 1 & 2 requests for time to enable her to file
reply. The said request is rejected on the ground that respondents
nos. 1 & 2 have changed the services conditions of the
applicants, pending the captioned petitions.

2. Rule
returnable on 20.08.2010. In view of the averments made in the
application and in view of the fact that pending the petitions,
respondents nos. 1 & 2 being statutory authority, had not allowed
the applicants to enter the premises and had issued the gate passes
after 30.07.2010, the same are therefore, allowed in terms of para
9(a) of both the applications. It is however, made clear that it is
without prejudice to the rights of the respondents to raise all the
contentions in the applications.
