Magistrate, Gaya.

Learned counsel for petitioners at this stage submits that

the case diary is available in Cr.Misc. No.27324 of 2011 disposed of

on 12.10.2011.

Office to see as to whether case diary of the present case

is still available which as stated was received in Cr. Misc. No. 27324

of 2011 and if the same is available the case should be placed under

the same heading along with the case diary. Otherwise the case dairy

should be summoned from the court below and the matter should be

listed under the heading ‘For Admission’ after receipt of the case

diary.
