Sessions Judge, Saharsa about the present stage of trial

and the likely time to be consumed in its conclusion in

connection with S.Tr. No. 272 of 2010 arising out of

Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 554 of 2009. The same must

be submitted within three weeks.

Put up on receipt of the report.

In the meanwhile, the Trial Court is directed to

send a list of witnesses fixing specific dates to the S.P.

Saharsa along with the copy of this order who will ensure

the attendance of the witnesses on the said dates so that

there is no further delay in trial.
