04. 14.10.2011 This application has been brought under the

heading ‘To be mentioned’ at the instance of the

petitioners.

Submission is that vide order dated

15.09.2011, petitioners were granted the privilege, but,

inadvertently in the last paragraph of the order P.S.

Case Number is missing. The order aforesaid is passed

in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 203/2010

pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa. Let

it be corrected and read accordingly.

In view of the above error, period to avail the

privilege is also extended till 22nd October, 2011.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to

the court below through Fax at the cost of the Office of

the High Court.
