order dated 11.03.2008 passed in Complaint Case No.

3008 (C) of 2004 by which Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class,

Patna has dismissed the application filed under Section

245 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The Court has come to a finding that prima

facie a case is made out against the petitioner and has

proceeded with the case.

I find no illegality in the order impugned and as

such, this application is dismissed.
