                              JUDGMENT

In the matter of transfer and posting, the petitioner has

already approached the second respondent through Ext.P3

representation. The contentions raised therein include grievances with

respect to the overlooking of seniority as well in the matter of transfer.

Since the petitioner has already approached the second respondent

raising her grievances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to

the second respondent to consider Ext.P3 representation submitted by

the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon expeditiously, at any

rate, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of

this judgment.
