quashing the impugned charge sheet No. 20 of 2008 dated 11.2.2008
arising out in connection with the case crime No. 703 of 2007 under
Sections 363, 366 IPC and under Section 3(I) X SC/ST Act, P.S.
Majhola, District Moradabad and as well as the enttire consequential
pending proceeding of the case No. 1774 of 2008, State Vs. Mohd.
Tahir before the learned court of Chief Judicial Magistrate.

The application is rejected for want of prosecution.
