During the pendency of this application, petitioners

abovenamed shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like

amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st

Class, Siwan in connection with G.R. no. 93 of 2000( Trial No.

1211/08) subject to the condition that one of the bailors in each

case shall be own/close family members of the petitioners.
