for notice in admission matter in ordinary process

as well as registered post both for which the

necessary requisites must be filed within one week

after Pooja holiday. Peremptory.

In the meantime, the further proceeding in

Title Suit No.524 of 2005 pending in the Court of

Sub Judge-I, Gopalganj shall remain stayed.
