                                JUDGMENT

The Revenue Divisional Officer has filed an affidavit stating,

inter alia, that the District Level Authorised Committee will be

convened on or before 13.8.2010 and a notice will be sent to the

petitioner for appearing before the District Level Authorised

Committee on that day for a personal hearing. It is assured that

immediately after the convening of the District Level Authorised

Committee, a decision will be taken in the matter as directed by

this Court in the judgment. Therefore, the same will satisfy the

requirements.

Therefore the Contempt of Court Case is closed and as

assured, an order will be passed.
