Counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that due to

wrong input or instruction, statement was made that petitioner was

posted in the district of Samastipur whereas the fact is that he is posted

in the district of Sitamarhi in Sonbarsa Block.

Let this fact be included as part of the order dated 6.9.2010

and the statement that the petitioner stands transferred to the district of

Samastipur would be read in that context. Rest of the order remains the

same.
