It has been submitted that in case of financer this court

quashed the entire proceeding of Complaint case No.1343 (c) of

2008 including the order dated 18.08.2008 passed by the Judicial

Magistrate, 1st class, Patna.

In view of such, the petitioner prays for withdrawal of

this application.

The application is permitted to be withdrawn.
