Petitioners are alleged for committing

rape (gang rape) upon the informant. Delay is

first defence is explained that husband was

waited and in cases of rape, victim always

avoids to inform the incident. Now a petition is

said filed in the court of Chief Judicial

Magistrate about commitment of no rape is

nothing more than to tamper with the evidence.

If yet she is not deviating from the contents of

petition, she is liable for the offence for

false prosecution.

Hence, prayer for anticipatory bail on

behalf of petitioners is rejected.
