Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This is defendant’s writ petition challenging the order dated
04.01.2010 passed by trial court allowing the substitution
application of heirs of deceased plaintiff as well as revisional order
dated 18.05.2010 dismissing the revision.
Trial court finding that the substitution application has been filed
within time by the heirs of deceased plaintiff, allowed the same
and there is no illegality in the order which may warrant any
interference and the revisional court has rightly dismissed the
revision and the same also does not call for any interference by
this Court.
The writ petition, accordingly, fails and stands dismissed.
