Heard
learned advocate Mr. Virendra Baheti on behalf of petitioner,
learned advocate Mr. PS Gogia appearing on behalf of respondent.

Learned
advocate Mr. Gogia submitted that Rs. 60,000/- which has been
awarded by Labour Court has been paid to petitioner by respondent
which has been accepted without any objection. However, learned
advocate Mr. Baheti submitted that it was accepted with objection.

In
light of this submission made by both learned advocates. The
question involved in this petition would require detailed
examination. Hence, Rule. Learned advocate Mr. Gogia waives
service of notice of Rule on behalf of respondent.
