Issue notices to the opposite parties to appear before this Court
on the next date to show cause why they have disobeyed the
order dated 1.11.2007 passed by the Additional Commissioner
(Judicial)in Revision No. 432 of 2007-2008. The petitioners
submit that on 25.6. 2010 the opposite parties have dismantled
the petitioners’ food crops and etc. despite the stay order passed.
