Sri Namit Srivastava, learned counsel for the opposite party, states that the
review application has been filed in Second Appeal No.192 of 2010, decided
on 15th February, 2010 for seeking clarification of the undertaking recorded
by the Court in the last paragraph of the order.

Two months is allowed to the opposite party to get the application disposed
of.

List this case on 27th September, 2010.

On the said date opposite party shall again remain present.
