Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit.

In the interest of justice the time stipulated in the order dated 03.12.2009 is
extended till 04.02.2010 subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- within one week in
favour of Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, failing which the
order shall stand vacated automatically.
