Case called out. None appears for the appellant. The appeal is of the year
1981. It is being regularly listed. On previous occasions too, none appeared
for the appellant. Even today, there is neither any request for passing over the
case or any adjournment slip.

Let non-bailable warrant of arrest be issued against the appellant through
Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gonda. The appellant shall be taken into custody
and sent to jail to serve out the sentence awarded to him in Sessions Trial No.
43 of 1981. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gonda shall submit compliance report
within one month.
