Initially notices were issued on 8.4.210 fixing 27.5.2010. The office submitted
a report that the notices were duly served upon the opposite parties. Thereafter
by order dated 6.7.2010, as no one had put in appearance on behalf of the
opposite parties, bailable warrants were issued to them fixing 30.7.2010.
Today office has submitted a report that although bailable warrants have been
issued against the opposite parties but till date no execution report has been
received.

Let the office call for a fresh report from the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
Meerut with regard to the execution of the bailable warrants by Fax on or
before 4.8.2010.

Put up this case in the additional cause list on 5.8.2010.
