not clear from the record whether respondents No. 2 and 3 have been served
on rot. Petitioner is directed to take steps within seven days for respondents
No. 2 and 3. Issue notice for filing counter affidavit within three weeks.
Rejoinder affidavit, if any may be filed within two weeks thereafter.

List immediately thereafter as the matter is quite old of 1986, however it is
made clear that if steps are not taken ,petition shall stand dismissed.
